There are a million different reasons why someone would want to sell their home, or need to sell it.  It’s important that you receive compassion for your reasoning, discuss what you want from the sale of your home, and how we can achieve those goals.  We will sit down, talk about your home, and come up with a marketing plan, expectations, comps, and how we are going to handle the transaction.  If you want someone who will be compassionate, realistic, accessible and honest, I’m one call away!

Every time you think about upgrading from your rental or current place, you hear it all from everyone– “It’s not a good time to buy”, “In this market?!”, or my favorite…”You better have that 20% down payment!” What if I could tell you that they’re almost always wrong, and although the market is ever-changing, people will always need to buy and sell.  If you feel it is the right time to move, talking to an experienced agent about the market, overwhelming fears, and how we approach the steps in your house buying journey, will quiet those nay-sayers, and help put you on the right path! I’ll be your right hand girl as we walk through the process together–then we can get you to closing and celebrate with champagne and pizza!
